Villa Alice offers 2 comfortable bedrooms with ensuites. One bedroom is located on the ground level and another one is on the first floor. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, a working desk, a big wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and stone bathtub. The master bedroom has a patio with a jacuzzi.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area are facing the pool and Jacuzzi and have a guest toilet. The small back yard equipped with BBQ and chairs. There is an ac living room with a big comfortable sofa and huge smart TV.
Just a 2-minute walk through the complex and you are already on the beach. The ocean in front of the villa is good for swimming and surfing, depending on the time and tide.
The villa size is 208 sq.m.
The land size – 250 sq.m.

Other amenities such as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, extra pillow, coffee maker, toaster, Blender and portable fan are available upon request at no additional cost.

However, for high chairs, baby cots (cribs), extra beds, and BBQ charcoal, there is a surcharge. Please make your request at least one day prior to your arrival.
The villa is cleaned daily, specifically focusing on tasks such as collecting trash, checking electrical tools (lights, water, electronic equipment), and clearing up after breakfast. Towels are changed every two days, while sheets and duvets are changed once a week.
