"Mom & daughter spent a lovely week at the Sunrise Cottage. It was smaller than we expected but comfortable, peaceful and well-equipped. We could see that the host puts a lot of time and effort into gardening and beautifying the property and we really enjoyed the beautiful flowers all around. The host was very welcoming and helpful and was readily available to help with anything we asked for. The park pass was a real bonus for us. "Awesome property for a group of friends trying to hangout and have a good time. Owner was super helpful and understanding on various matters. Great beach access, where you can swim to various different islands and do cliff jumping. As you can see in the photo, there was also a water trampoline which the owners allowed us to use. "This place is just a lot less glamorous than the listing would imply. We had 9 adults in our group but this cabin only sleeps 6 max. So we had to rent a second cabin for full price. The manager was helpful tho and answered our questions. "

"The cottage was certainly stocked with everything we needed which was much appreciated. Our only suggestion is that some of the items in the fridge should be reviewed and thrown out. "

"Basic cottage. We appreciated air conditioning and view. Exterior chairs where all broken, had to wash dishes, dirty floors. BBQ had no grill so took neighbors, was rusty and very dirty. Can not swim as mentioned. Only for fishing. There is a beach at a waking distance but not nice to swim in, small and weeds. Good place to fish if this is your intention. "This property is incredible. It’s a smaller but cute and comfortable cottage. It was clean and they were very accommodating to us. The hosts were friendly and ready to help. It’s hidden in the trees but not too remote either! With wifi included it was a comfortable stay. We were able to see multiple deers around the property and felt very safe. "Great communication with host. View onto the lake is stunning. Plenty of furniture outside to enjoy the view. Location is pretty central to Wendy’s Market, Elgin and Westport to stock up on groceries. House had all we needed (laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, clean towels/linens. AC was nice to have as it was hot during our stay. House was cleaned nicely for our arrival. "

"We loved the house. The master bedroom was excellent. It was well equipped thought not enough sink dish washing and washing machine detergants. We would have also appreciated more towels. "

"This location was excellent. We were a big group with kids and had more than enough space. The backyard was great for the kids, bonfire and space to play games, and a good dock to dock our boat. Great communication with the host and very clean. Would recommend this place. "
