We were informed at check-in that the elevator was out of order, and our original room was upstairs, which was not accessible for someone in our group. "Even though check in stops at midnight, our plane was delayed coming into ACY so I called around 11pm to let them know and they preprogrammed a key and had someone meet me at the office after my flight finally landed at 3am. They went totally above and beyond what they needed to. It's not fancy or anything like that but it is clean and well kept and everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. THANKS!!!"
