I was fully prepared to leave a one star review after our treatment before the stay. Essentially, we booked the room under the wrong email address, and when we asked if we could just switch it, the GM refused to permit it unless we paid a several hundred dollar fee. This is for something that would cost them literally nothing. It was infuriating and a mind-boggling poor business decision. Any time you can really help your customer with zero effort and zero cost, what kind of business chooses not to to spite them?
But that aside, I'm leaving a positive review because the actual people working the front desk of the hotel were so helpful and accommodating of our group, and the lobby and dining area were nice and clean. So my conclusion is really that this place has horrible management but fantastic employees.
