Landing at The Hive - 2 Bedrooms in Mid City North

Our fully-furnished apartments are designed with convenience in mind, featuring a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
