The door code is provided only to the person who made the reservation. Please ensure that you share this information with the other members of your group, as we will not be able to provide it to anyone else.

This property has parking for 2 vehicles inside the garage and 2 additional vehicles on driveway.
Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the street (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).

šŸ”Š Noise & Respect for Neighbors
No loud music or disruptive noise, especially outdoors or in common areas.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests.

šŸš­ Smoking
No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home. A cleaning/deodorization fee of $200 will be charged if this rule is violated.
Smoking is allowed only outside and away from doors and windows. Please do not throw cigarrete butts on ground/grass.

šŸ§¼ Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please treat the space with care and report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements.
Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge .

šŸ‘„ Guest Count
The number of guests must match your reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximun capacity of the house will be charged.

šŸ“¹ Security Cameras
For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras.
For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties.

šŸ”„ Parties & Events
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. In violation of this, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.

No pets are allowed. Violation of this will incur in an additional fee of $250.

Absolutely perfect!

This was a perfect for my team and I while we visited Baton Rouge. About 15 minutes from downtown and only 6 to LSU campus. Nothing short of perfect for our needs. The location was very clean with clear instructions for any questions that may have come up. All in all ..10/10 recommend

The house was excellent and enough space for our party of 7. A few suggestions would be a better keurig coffee pot, a few oven mitts and kitchen towels (we cooked breakfast every morning) and a few more bowls and pots to cook with. These are things we donā€™t bring with us when traveling. Overall, the place was great and we would rent again.

We came to Baton Rouge for a family reunion. There were 7 including me -- my nephew, great nephew and his partner and son, and my great niece and her husband. They live in GA. I live in FL. I don't get to be with them frequently. Staying in the house meant we were with each other and have privacy when wanted. The four bedrooms are upstairs. The 4th bathroom was downstairs. Communication with the owner was easy and responses came quickly.We had to leave a day earlier than planned that was the only downside. We all agree that we would rent again. We highly recommend the owner and the property.

Very nice and spacious apartment.However the cleanliness was not as expected. Some counters and sinks were not clean, floors had food on them, 1 bed was dirtyā€¦A bit disappointed, especially when they ask you to basically clean the apartment before leaving. That sais, we might have just been unlucky.

Perfect

The property was fantastic. 4 large bedrooms with 4 large bathrooms was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The master bedroom and ensuite was amazing. Thereā€™s plenty of room everywhere for everyone to have space. The kitchen was the focal point for my group of people to gather and plan our days. It was the perfect location. Plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend staying here. I look forward to staying here again. The owners are fantastic to talk to as well. Highly rated. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Only 2 small draw backs. And those arenā€™t major at all. No kettle to boil water for tea and no hair dryer found. I would recommend to the owners to turn the nice sized garage into a games room with dart board and pool table for those days the weather has you locked in the house. I canā€™t say enough good things about this house.

The place looks nice and clean but very little stocked items like kitchen supplies, no dish sponge, only 1 tea towel, coffee table was slanted, couldnā€™t control temperature so it was hot, shower water was not very hot, some lights didnā€™t work, very few bath towels, no privacy in the kitchen since neighbors could see each other through door. Housekeeping didnā€™t take previous renters dishes out of dishwasher and left previous renters drinks on the counter. No very impressed with the amount we paid.

Lovely home, perfect location

This is a perfect place for a family or friends to stay. We were in BTR for a Tiger Band reunion and football game and a few friends and I got to spend extra time together by staying here. The kitchen and living area were very comfortable and had ample room to sit and visit. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

Absolutely loved staying here with my friends. Very spacious and accommodating with the number of people we had. I most definitely loved the location and the ease of getting items from nearby stores. Communication was grade A+++. I definitely would consider staying here for my next staycation.

Perfect location for commuting our middle school Colorguard team to and from LSU. My only compaint that is that there were Keurig cups but only a Mr. Coffee machine that had no capability to make the Keurig cups that were available.
