The Space:
The apartment is situated in a Grade II listed Georgian building that was designed by the renowned Bath architect John Palmer and is one of only four apartments in a newly renovated block of high-spec apartments. The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of the building and the whole space feels light and airy due to the three large south-facing sash windows belonging to the bedroom and open-plan kitchen/ living space.
There is high-speed Wi-Fi and great work space available at the beautiful round wooden tree trunk table, with seating for four. There are plenty of electrical power sockets throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine, coffee pods and milk frother, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting area has a comfortable double sofa bed and two velvet armchairs, as well as a smart Samsung Frame TV and Netflix account for guests.
The bedroom is a calm and deluxe environment with a king size bed, sprung mattress and plenty of space for storing clothes and accessories.
The bathroom has a large walk-in rainfall shower and hand-held option, with night lighting at floor level. There is also underfloor heating and a heated towel rail and plenty of storage space.
As you enter the hallway, you will find two large cupboards with plenty of space for hanging coats and storing shoes, as well as a selection of board games and a picnic set, map of Bath, and picnic rug for you to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the heart of the city, between the Roman Baths and the Thermae Spa - both a few minutes walk away. This apartment enjoys the all of the benefits of being in the centre - shops, supermarkets, cinemas, Bath Theatre Royal, restaurants and cafes but is located in a little side street away from the hustle and bustle.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is available in the city car parks. The nearest 24 hr parking is at Avon Street Car Park or Southgate (EV charging available). You can park here for around £18 - £24 per 24 hrs depending on your vehicle type.
Access to the apartment is by staircase to the second floor and may not be suitable for persons with mobility issues.
The property has been inspected and approved according to current Fire Safety Regulations.
We can provide one travel cot and high chair upon request.
