"Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! "

"The amenities would have been rated much higher if the accommodations were clean. The linens and beds were clean, but overall the place needs a good deep cleaning. The kitchen was very dirty, and I am glad that we had not planned to use the kitchen for anything but a light breakfast. We tidied up the kitchen a bit, but the room was unsuitable for cooking as the appliance were dirty, the cabinets were sticky, and the garbage can had gnats. "My fiance, my brother, myself and 3 small/med dogs stayed here while in town for a wedding, and it was excellent! The house is beautiful and comfortable! They really were considerate in thinking of anything you might need! Additional pillows, coffee, seasonings in the cabinet and butter in the fridge!
