"It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. Best of all, the owners are on-site, so if you need anything, they’re always there to help.😍 I highly recommend this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and I can’t wait to come back for another vacation soon! "Staff were friendly, helpful and super accommodating! Room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night stay- mini kitchen with small sink, microwave and small fridge, glassware, plates, utensils, paper towels, sponge, soap etc! Great location on the beach. Nice pool, fitness room. Super convenient location and yet not on the main route! A new mattress should be considered as everything else was wonderful! Will be back again!"

"We just came back from the Pelham House and our trip was wonderful! The property is absolutely beautiful with a lovely private beach. The Restaurants, Bar and all of the staff made our trip both fun and relaxing. Whether we were on the Beach or by the Pool staff was attentive to our needs and took our orders throughout the day/night. The views are beautiful from each room as well as from the Roof Deck Restaurant! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Beds very comfortable. Room was dark, carpet is old and had a musty smell. Needs renovating, especially since the amount charged was extremely high for the condition of the room."

"I loved the resort very attentive and the room clean big and airy, several clean towels always available and a large deck facing the sea, could live there without a shadow of a doubt perfect place ... I just think it could have a wider range of options Of food in the restaurant and the jet skis were not so expensive for an hour p two people $ 148. But overall I loved going back more often for sure !!!"

"Location is really great, right on beach which is clean and well maintained. Generally everything functions and rooms were spacious and clean. However we went in June and lots of the facilities were not open, so there was just one choice for breakfast etc. The staff at reception didn’t all seem to realise that some of the facilities were shut. Also when we got our room cleaned they took a bag of souvenirs we had purchased and I presume threw it in the bin. It was quite annoying having $100 worth...

"We had an amazing stay! It was a very busy 4th of July weekend at the Cape but Cape Cod Motor Inn was so peaceful and quiet! Our room was clean and well air-conditioned. And Gregg was very thoughtful and kind. We appreciated the list of bar recommendations he gave us to watch the World Cup!"

"It was a great place to stay. It was an easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. They also had a lovely pool we enjoyed. My one suggestion would be to have a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast included doesn't open until 8 am."

"The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. The variety of breakfast food has dramatically dropped in choices. The new owners are saving money on basic items and thus are...
