The villa offers 400 m² of space for a total of 8 people including children in 4 spacious, harmoniously furnished bedrooms with double beds. On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, equipped with showers and a bathtub. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a terrace overlooking the sea and a dressing room. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. The third bedroom has a view of the mountain and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom. In the basement of the house there is a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom and a terrace, which offers our guests additional privacy. For sports and entertainment, our guests have darts, outdoor table tennis, a treadmill, a film projector, fitness equipment and an outdoor wellness area with a heated infinity pool, an outdoor sauna and a whirlpool at their disposal.
There is also a laundry room on this floor. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room with a fireplace and a dining room with seating for 8 people. On the ground floor you will also find an atrium with barbecue, a small storage room, a separate toilet and a cloakroom. On the terrace there is a dining table with seating for 8. In the courtyard of the villa you will find a jacuzzi, a beautiful heated pool, 3x7 metres in size and 1.5 metres deep, surrounded by 8 sun loungers and parasols. The beautiful garden of the villa with cherry, sour cherry, pomegranate and fig trees as well as a small garden with herbs and Mediterranean vegetation completes the picture of the beauty of a holiday on the Mediterranean. The courtyard is partially fenced with a concrete and wrought iron fence, stones and a hedge. Our guests have 4 parking spaces in the courtyard of the villa at their disposal.
Villa Bellevue is located on the slope of Biokovo, near Baska Voda, at 316 metres above sea level. The village was founded in ancient times and there are visible traces of the various cultures that have changed throughout history. The area is rich in sacral and historical monuments. It should be emphasised that the view of the surrounding landscape from Mount Biokovo to the islands and the coast is truly unforgettable.
