The equipment includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 4-plate electric cooker as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. A cosy sofa bed in the living area provides an additional sleeping option if needed.The accommodation is quietly located, but still well-connected: The beach with bars and restaurants can be reached in just a few minutes' walk (approx. 300 m). The centre of Baska with supermarkets, a bank, pharmacy and medical care is located about 1.2 km away.For relaxed hours outdoors, a well-maintained garden is available. An outdoor shower, a communally usable washing machine (for a fee) and a barbecue area can also be used.
