"Good hotel, including good breakfast, free parking In the room missing the kettle"

"Bella struttura, pulizia estrema, ma soprattutto un ottimo padrone di casa che con la sua gentilezza disponibilità e professionalità sa come mettere l'ospite a proprio agio. Meravigliosa la vista sull'Etna. Grazie Salvo."

"The staff were helpful and informative and the breakfast had a nice range of foods. The property was well maintained and would stay again!"

"Missed my flight out of Catania and needed a place to stay for one night. While I didn’t use the pool, it was what attracted me to the property online. The property is an owner occupied B&B in a very residential neighborhood, not walkable to restaurants, etc.. I was unable to connect with food delivery companies, and more importantly, cabbies to return to the airport. The host was quick showing me the room. He was initially slow answering texts. "Hotel muito bom com seu staff muito acolhedor"

They also tried to charge us for a large taxi, even though we had clearly stated that our family would fit in a regular car. The airport transfer was the worst part. The driver was driving recklessly—speeding well above the limit, ignoring other traffic—and it felt genuinely unsafe. When we arrived, he didn’t even get out to...

"Hotel ótimo e muito bem localizado! "

"The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks. Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments."

"Alles nett und supi"

"Acomodação muito moderna e confortável. Tudo perfeito."

"Localização boa, apartamento bonito, prédio com área de acesso ao apartamento bastante deteriorada. Box do banheiro tinha limo, precisando melhor higienização. Apareceu um pequena barata no banheiro na noite em que estivemos hospedados."
