Ours is a historic house built within the walls of a quiet village in the Alt Empordà, between the Pyrenees and the Costa Brava. Carefully restored, it offers a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach or upon returning from any of the many activities the area has to offer. We have views of the forest and the bay of Roses. It’s a quiet, authentic home—ideal for unwinding, working, and spending time with family or friends. Just 20 minutes from the Costa Brava, I love swimming at Empuries Beach, next to the ruins of its Greek pier, or enjoying breakfast on the terrace, quiet dinners surrounded by nature, and so much more: concerts, museums, fine dining…

The Space
The house has two levels. Next to the entrance, at street level, there is a patio leading to a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. An outdoor staircase leads to the terrace and the porch, which has space for dining.
From the porch, you enter the main house, which features a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, two double bedrooms, a half-bath, and a living area. From the living room/library, you can access the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
The house is equipped with solar panels.
Oroley-style Italian espresso machines.
It also has toys for children and a high chair.

20 minutes from Léscala, Empúries, Roses (beaches), Figueres (Dalí, high-speed train...), Girona... And 1 hour 20 minutes from Barcelona. Access to the highway in 7 minutes.

We live in this house frequently, but—except for part of a closet and a dresser— it is entirely at your disposal.
It has heating in the winter, air conditioning, and fans, a very well-equipped kitchen, and a very pleasant space to work in peace.
There is a small playground very close to the house.
