Located in the heart of Barzio, a picturesque mountain resort, this house is an authentic retreat near the renowned Piani di Bobbio ski slopes and just a 15-minute drive from the picturesque Lake Como. The apartment has a bright living room with access to a large balcony, a kitchen complete with a dining area, a bathroom, and two double bedrooms, one of which also offers an additional single bed. Well stocked and spacious, it can comfortably accommodate groups of up to five people, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Among the services offered to our guests are a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom equipped with every comfort, as well as Wi-Fi to always stay connected. Free private parking and easy access by car make your stay even more convenient. The strategic location of the apartment also makes it close to shops, restaurants and the bus stop that goes directly to the chairlift for the ski resorts.
Located on the first floor of a condominium dedicated to short rentals, with a total of 20 beds, the apartment offers a unique and unforgettable experience. Please note that there is no elevator.

Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
