Apartment on the first floor of an independent house located in the heart of the historic center of Barzio, a few steps from the town center; ideal solution for large groups or more families who want to share large common areas without sacrificing privacy, thanks to the possibility of booking different rooms on several floors.
The house has recently been adapted with the aim of offering guests an entirely dedicated space: a private outdoor area and a large convivial environment on the ground floor, perfect for organizing lunches and dinners all together.
The apartment is located on the first floor, and consists of a kitchen, a full bathroom, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a single sofa bed.
The house is located just 50 meters from the center of Barzio, with all services easily accessible on foot. . City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
