Right in the heart of town just park your car on arrival and walk everywhere or just relax in the huge lush garden. Comprising of 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two lounge areas with large kitchen its perfect for two families or a larger group of friends wanting to walk to everything on offer in town. With Cafes, restaurants and eclectic shopping right on your door step. Perfect for Girls weekends with two days spas steps away.
Many activities in the area and surrounds. Two Golf courses, Wineries and a water park a short drive away and of course there are fishing spots close by.
The house is a lovely light filled home with rich newly polished floor boards, loads of character and the wonderful old lining boards of many years ago.
The master suite with its King sized bed has its own ensuite and separate lounge. The second Master is also a king sized bed. The third room is 3 single beds, one king single and two regular singles. The fourth bed room comprises 2 regular singles & a trundle on request to allow for 10.
There are comfy couches, plenty of seating and ample crockery and glassware . Outside options to relax on the deck or cook on the BBQ or venture further out into the garden under the trees.
All Sheets and towels are supplied and BBQ is to mains gas so you never run out. Nobo panel heaters in all the bedrooms.
