"stayed here before and love the place. The room is tastefully decorated as is the house. The bed super comfortable and sheets top notch, so smooth and cosy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Hosts friendly and helpful as always. Cute seating area in the garden, plenty of parking and easy access to town, public transport. Will definitely stay again."

"Spotlessly clean and well furnished accommodation, punching way above its weight as a guest house. Room (#5) was very comfortable, with tasteful furnishings/fittings and well thought out use of space. Nice balcony (with a couple of chairs and a small table) overlooking the seafront. "Great stay overall. There was plenty to do around Rochester, making it a great location. The only downside was that our room was close to the train station, so it could be a little noisy at times. However, the receptionist was attentive, friendly, and polite, which made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again."
