"Was checking in and didn’t receive the code for the parking garage, the parking garage code was different than the check in code. After event got back to stadium suite and the code worked to enter the building, once arrived at room the code was not working. Called support and was hung up on multiple times during late hours, was told they were going to call their maintenance person (at 12 am) after a concert. And all belongings were locked inside the room so didn’t have keys, or any other...

"There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very...
