There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, the appliances worked great, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean.It's an 8 minute drive to Musicfest so the location was perfect! Check in was easy and our host was quick to respond to any questions I had."

The property was clean and as described. I do want to note that one of the bathrooms is a half bath with no shower and that the house is nestled between two senior living buildings and a busy route 378. Wonderful stay regardless!!"

"This vacation rental in Chester Springs is comfortable and in a peaceful and quaint community. We loved being surrounded by woods. My family enjoyed having room to spread out in this vacation home and the layout of the Great Room with a gorgeous kitchen, dining area with plenty of seating, and the comfy living room furniture. "Perfect place for our visit to the areafor Dorney Park (about a 15 minute drive) and Knoebel (a longer drive but worth it!). Closeto lots of restaurants and stores. The house is a great size- more than enough space for our family of 4 (mom, dad, 18 & 21 yr old sons). Very clean, had who we needed. Barrington was a great host, checked on us each day to make sure things were going well! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you! "

"I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the...

"We were in town for a wedding and this was close and convenient to the event. This is basically a nice row house with 5 bedrooms on 3 floors with two very small bathrooms. Very clean and nicely amended with an updated kitchen which we did not use since we were just there overnight. Lots of stairs so if that’s an issue I would not recommend but it was perfect for my family."
