This is a Townhouse unit, a one bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft. The mid-level end unit is located in the lower section of our property close to the catch and release pond and tennis courts. The unit sleeps up to 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, there are 4 twin beds in main area of the loft, and a full bed in a semi-private are of the loft. The unit has two mini-split air conditioning units, one in the loft and one in the master bedroom. A private balcony with forest views is only accessible from the master bedroom. There are 3 TVs in the condo, master bedroom, living room and loft, all set up to stream through the Wi-Fi. As with all of our Townhouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 private bathrooms. The owners also provide a pack-n-play and booster chair for renters use. This is a Dog Friendly condo for travelers, subject to fees.
