This is a top floor Penthouse unit, a two bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, that is located near our pond and tennis courts. The unit sleeps up to 9 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and 1 set of twin bunk beds and 1 set bunks with twin top and full bottom in the loft. There is a sofa in the loft for seating, it is not a sleeper sofa. The condo has 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the loft area. The stairs up to the sleeping loft and the full banister that overlooks the living room have been child proofed. Two private decks are accessible from the condo, one off the living room and one off the loft. As with all of our Penthouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, 2 private bathrooms, a washer and dryer, with all linens provided. This is a Dog Friendly condo for travelers, subject to fees.
