This is a Townhouse unit, a one bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning. The end unit is located on the mid-level of building 22 and is only a short walk to the Clubhouse. The condo will sleep up to 10 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, in the upstairs sleeping loft there are 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the back area, a queen bed and a queen sleep sofa in the front area. There is an electric fireplace entertainment center in the living room and a private balcony off the master bedroom with forest views. There are 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the sleeping loft. As with all of our Townhouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 private bathrooms. This is a Pet & Allergy Free condo.
