"Great location"

"The room and property were very well kept. The amenities were pretty sparce, no coffee machine or free coffee anywhere, no ice available with an excuse that hotel ice is not sanitary, towels pretty small and thin and the beds were pretty hard. They really need a memory foam topper or new memory foam mattresses to be comfortable. The staff were very nice And the rate was reasonable. However, the uncomfortable beds and no coffee machine really should be addressed. We stay frequently at motels like...

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the clean room along with the amenities provided ...coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, A/C, and comfortable bed. The location is excellent being steps away from the waterfront, restaurants, cafes and grocery store. A good place to stay that is fairly priced."
