"Wonderful experience and very responsive (yet discreet) hosts. It was a bit hot in August, but closing the blinds during the sunny hours and putting a fan in open windows at night cooled it down enough for us. The creek is so nice, wildflowers and butterflies and birds, a breezy porch... We were sad to leave when it was over. Lots of board games, too, which our kids loved! A nice fire pit by the creek. Comfy beds, nice kitchen, great bathrooms. Neighbors didn't bother us -- I only saw them when...

"I cannot say enough positive things about this property. Beautiful setting. Extremely dog friendly. Comfortable bedding and well equipped kitchen. The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was great - about 15-20 away from downtown Durango. About 20-30 to Aztec NM. It was convenient while still being peaceful and private. "

"Great place and huge! The rooms were all large, the kitchen was well stocked, it as nice having access to the garage, the beds were comfortable, the yard was wonderful for the dog. While it was a little outside of Durango, for our purposes it worked great. If you’re having a large group together this was a very nice retreat."
