"Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible"

"Lots of homeless people wandering around the property, people passed out in the stairwell every day. Spoke to front desk, they won’t do anything about it. No towels, no washcloths, no soap or shampoo. We were asked to use our own. No place to store clothes."

"Years ago we would stay at Extended Stays but they went down hill and ultimately ended up with the worst reviews. That was 15-20 yrs ago. I booked here on chance only because reviews were so good and the price and location were ideal. I was shocked. ES has had a complete reformation. Room was very nice and well thought out in layout, fixtures, etc. Had a new kitchen. The desk was on rolling casters so could dbl as an eating table. Bathroom was large.
