"This is my 3rd time staying here and second time as a family. and every time Ive stayed it has been clean and pleasant. Only a couple run ins with a spider and a wasp. Beyond that we have nothing to complain about and loved the bath!! We will be back again."

"I sisnt like rhat the property was dirty when i arrived and still had to pay cleaning fees. Also the shower and bath wasnt readhcto be used so i had to ojt the unit into a nother unit to shower/bath"

"Great place to stay in St. Louis! Host Pam, was very communicative! Checked in with us before our arrival and provided help quickly! St. Louis was experiencing extreme heat while we were there and our group had a person using the pull out sofa bed where the air didn't circulate as well. Asked for a stand fan and it was brought very quickly. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"

"Location to the attractions we wanted to see was perfect! It is a simple place and we liked that feature. I only have a caution to others that if you drive a lower car be careful when parking. Most normal vehicles will have little to no problem."

"We booked this property because it was very affordable and the location couldn’t be better—it was just minutes from the cycling event we attended. Piper’s Coffee was a two-minute walk away, and the neighbor in the duplex was very kind. The beds were soft and comfortable, which was nice after a long day.That said, there are areas that need improvement. "This is a little older place, but it was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. The area is active and pleasant. This is my second or third time using this host. They always communicate well and are ready to help or answer any questions. Highly recommend."

"Very nice and relaxing stay. Property was exactly as listed and did not disappoint at all! Great location the downtown waterloo and about 30 mins away from STL. Accommodations were great and so was Rika! We even ran out of propane on the grill at 10 pm and it was replaced even before we woke up the next morning. Highly recommended, we will be staying there again! "

"This was the best place we have ever stayed! The host went above and beyond. She decorated the kids rooms in Disney themes and set up many special toys for the kids to play with, some of which they could even take home!
