"The place is great, Knight answer quickly, is was clean and peaceful"

"The property was perfect for our 3 week stay! The bed was extremely comfortable ( we are picky) and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I wouldn't recommend for small children, due to the stairs , but our 5 and 6 year old children were quite content and loved the dock for fishing. There's a beach just down the road that y'all can walk to, and lots of dirt roads and trails for hiking and walking. ATVs can be rented from Berlin NH. Mooselook Diner has the best breakfast...

"The cabin and serene setting were wonderful. We loved the babbling brook, the fireplace and outdoor fire pit, the lack of television, and the precious find of the guestbook. Reading the entries of the guests that stayed before us was both endearing and inspiring. Wonderful time! Thank you Rustic Cabins! "

"Great view and lake access. We had wondful time here!"

"Note: Listing comes up as "Entire home", but it's 2 units (1 per floor)! That being said, we were fortunate enough to not have to share the property during our stay.We found it to be a great location, quiet, whilst being close to 93 with quick access access to restaurants and shops in Littleton. "

"This is our second stay at this lovely, well-appointed cabin. Our hosts were very kind and accommodating, even asking us to let them know if we needed anything. The cabin was very clean, the location and grounds absolutely beautiful, and the sound of the water incredibly relaxing. We can't wait to return. Five stars all around!"

"Had a great Long weekend here with my Fiancé and our Best Friends. Great Property. It snowed all weekend and we were happy to be “stuck” in the cabin. Hanging out in the hot tub, grilling good food and chilling being warm by the fire. Honestly would recommend just bringing a bunch of food to stock the fridge and hanging up the keys for the duration of your stay. We brought an Xbox for some streaming and gaming during our lazy weekend. Played board games and cooked every meal. Great time. Great...

"Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike...

"Very cozy cabin with a rustic feel. We enjoyed our stay thourghly. Property is nice, very comfortable on a great spot on the river. We can't wait to reserve again! Property hosts were very accommodating and helpful .Loved it!"

"Great property, loved how the hot tub was ready to go, hot and clean, plenty of privacy. Picked this house because it was close to the Franconia hike i planned to do. If i had to nit pick.. ceiling fan blades were dusty in the bedroom and the mattress wasnt too comfortable. Kitchen supplies were bare bones had sugar and maple syrup but no cooking oil, the one item i forgot! had to drive to price chopper and pick up butter that looked like a bunny so all good! "

"The hotel is not as modern as it appears in the photos. it’s actually quite old and run down. Cleaning is only provided upon arrival during a six-day stay. Cleaning request not met. Elevator very slow."
