"The room was very cold with no additional blankets.
The food was rushed and under cooked.
The breakfast started and eight there were no staff to service us even though we had informed the night before we needed to leave asap therefore we had to leave without breakfast.
All in all not a good experience"

"Through Expedia, I've been able to secure several nice stays for budget prices. This was a different, inferior experience. They tried to make it seem 'economy' .I was annoyed by automatic messages from 'Harry' telling me to text after 2 for a code, when check in started and when I'd arrive by pre-arranged means. "Upon arrival the place was tidy & clean, the location of the property is great. The owners were friendly. I had to message a couple of times and they responded nice & quick. The butchers on site was lovely ! The BBQ provided was a bonus & the hot tub was brilliant. The extra £50 charge seems a little excessive and I’ve never experienced this before, it’s usually all in.
