"The apartment is nice and well appointed. The balcony is very large and nice. The only confusion was with the Google coordinates, don’t use them. Instead type the name of the apartment complex. Also, it is considered floor 2, but is actually the top floor or level 3, but the elevator says 2… I don’t know. Maybe the 1st floor is 0 floor. The parking spot was the most challenging aspect. It was definitely the most difficult parking spot I have EVER navigated in 40 years of driving. So much so, I...

"It was tidy place, but cockroaches. I guess theres not much you can do considering the country we were in. When we walked in to the unit, the entire unit smelt like cleaning product which lasted over a day and it bothered me a bit. Having working stove, microwave and sink was handy! Power goes out if you use stove and microwave at the same time though. It was hard rocommunicate with the host unless you walk in to the check in office. "Don’t rent this property! The owner (Pamela) does not know what she is doing. The checkin process was terrible. I did not get the code and instructions and she could not send it for several hours. The dishwasher does not work and woke me up with incessant beeping at night. They tried to kick me out at 10am even though Expedia clearly said the checkout is at 11am. The property manager João yelled at me saying that I need to get out. They don’t have any sense of customer service at all"
