"Problem with heating"

"Room needs updating. Shower needs work. Water filled up inside shower. drainage issues. Restaurant needs better customer service and better serving time. Ordered my meal and it took over 30 minutes to get it and was not what I ordered. Had to speak with manager bc waitress didn't come back to let me know they were out of the food I selected but still charged me for it.. So he had to take it off and correct it. Beds slept very well and celebration room employees are the bomb! Suggestion : when...

"The hotel was clean and well stocked with towels, Kleenex and bath soap. The breakfast was amazing, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles…cereals, coffee, juice etc. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful."

"The front door was hard to open. You could put the code in green light would flash but the door wouldn't open tried 8 times 2 different times. Had to call manager. The bathroom wasn't big enough to turn around in."

"Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. "Staff was great. Old, run down, under construction. Several areas closed off including the pool, hotel entrance, etc... Lots of extra walking due to these areas being roped off. I wouldn't have minded this if I was forewarned."

"The property is totally different from what you see in the photos, I consider it a scam to advertise a hotel in such good condition and when you arrive the reality is different, they should improve."

"Elevator out of service. Room has no working AC, smelled awful and there were a pair of dirty underwear on the floor of the room that was supposed to have been cleaned. The whole place is run down and very dirty. I do not recommend anyone stay there."
