On the first floor an entrance, walk-in shower room and toilet, a large convivial living room with a piano, with a lounge alcove the sofa can be transformed into a sleeping place for 2 people. There is also another comfortable sofa bed for 2 other additional people.

The kitchen with pantry and the large room in opens onto a large shaded terrace, with a barbecue area. You have to go down steps to access the swimming pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult. In the upper part of the property there is a flat part that can be used by petanque lovers.
