Sie waren da, wenn wir sie brauchten und haben uns absolut trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, obwohl man ja auf dem selben Grundstück ist und die Häuser nur 20 Meter auseinander stehen. "We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control.
