"We recieved a warm welcome by Mr. Chiappa, and the place is truly wonderful. The house itself is compact (and the stairs even more so), but large enough for the 4 of us. Everything felt fresh and clean. Mr. Chiappa also provided us with a box full of home grown tomatos, cougettes, cucumbers and herbs. "Wir waren mit der Großfamilie samt Kleinkind, Teenagern und Hund unterwegs. Es war für alle direkt am Haus genug geboten. Der Pool ist klasse, zu Anfang wegen der Steinchen allerdings ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig.Der Anstieg nach Barga selbst ist schon ein wenig steil, wir selbst wären es wohl nicht gelaufen, mit Fahrrädern ist es machbar, mit E-Bikes kein Problem.Für die Motorradfahrer unserer Gruppe waren die umliegenden Strecken ein Traum."

"Nós hospedamos por 19 dias na casa de Massimo , que foi um ótimo anfitrião. Casa confortável , com uma vista lunda da montanha. Encontramos todos os itens necessários para nossa estadia. Caminho um pouco difícil para chegar a casa no ultimo trecho ( pequeno trecho). Como sugestão : trocar o sofa e uma TV maior ."

"Das Haus auf einem Berg mit Blick auf Lucca und die umliegenden Berge - einfach toll. Die Straße dorthin ist ein bischen Abenteuer, teilweise eng und steil, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. "Where to begin!? The photos in the listing simply do not do this property justice. It is a truly magical location and I highly recommend it. We rented the entire place, for 20 people, to celebrate a birthday and each family, couple or single had their own private space/apartment, while still being part of the whole. It's charming and had all the amenities. There are several nearby villages to grab dinner or groceries, and Lucca is only an hour away. It's a bit of a hike to the marble quarries,...
