Set high in the hills just a few minutes from Barga, this spacious and characterful property offers beautiful views, generous living space, and excellent outdoor areas designed for relaxed group stays. There is a beautiful outdoor eating area, wood oven, plenty of relaxing spaces outside, and a large private pool.

Originally run as a B&B, the house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together.

The location is a real highlight — peaceful and private, yet just a short drive (or scenic walk) from the vibrant medieval town of Barga, known for its restaurants, music, art, and wonderful atmosphere.

The property is arranged over two floors:

The kitchen is very well equipped, including:
• Large fridge and separate freezer

• Toaster, kettle and ice machine

First Floor
• One double bedroom
• One flexible twin/double bedroom (beds can be joined).
• One bathroom with doors leading from both bedrooms providing an ‘en-suite’ to both.
