"The air conditioning was so loud I felt like I was sleeping in an airport hanger. The fire alarm went off and we were never notified if everything was all clear Also, The shower was very slippery. "

They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our visit. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, the staff responded right away and were always happy to help. "Our room was not updated and while clean, the bathroom was a little gross. There was very low water pressure, toilet had to be flushed twice for TP to go down, the faucet in the shower was very loose and overall, just a below average room. We paid $600 for two nights! So hoped for a better or at least updated room."

"Do not book here. Checked in, went to room, and left immediately. Hairballs on the bed, stained sheets and floor, dirty bathtub, smelled like smoke, deadbolt lock broken. Asked for a refund and the refused. The least a hotel should be is clean and safe and this dump was 0/2. "
