"I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean. The only downside was my room felt a bit cold. I didn’t ask about the heating, maybe if I had they’d have helped. Breakfast was...

"We have stayed here previously for a festival and found the food really tasty with incredibly generous portions, lovely friendly staff and nice rooms for a great price which was the reason we chose again this year. Unfortunately, we are not sure if we can stay again next year as hoped as the price has jumped up by almost £100 for the same weekend."

"We looked at lots of hotels for a one night in Leicester. Most were either big chain or fairly basic city hotels. This is mainly a wedding venue but in a bit of a green oasis within Leicester. Quiet, good service, good food, plenty of space. A good find"

"From when we arrived until when we checked out the staff could not of done anything more for us and so friendly the room was very clean comfortable and plenty of room we couldn't not of been happier with it we highly recommend it "

"This hotel is comfortable, friendly, clean and very close to the airport, it also has a good restaurant and bar area that serves good food, the menu is small in my opinion, but overall i really enjoy staying here, usually 3 time's a year before I fly on holiday."

"Really nice apartment, very comfortable bed. The only thing I did not like was the really loud constant door banging from early in the morning until late at night. But that was other guests on the same floor, not the fault of the hotel. "

"Brilliant hotel, well thought throughout, unfortunately wasn’t any parking onsite due to being full, but 5 mins away plenty of space, only negative ordered nachos (was expecting homemade) not the crisps.. other then that bang on will be back for sure! Photo was view from my room! "

"A quick stop-over so didn’t use the restaurant, but was all set up for breakfast when I left and looked great. Hotel room had tea, coffee, etc and all was clean and well-presented. Hotel receptionist was welcoming, friendly and informative. Would stay again."
