Villa Cantuccino is a bright villa in a quiet position, situated a few miles from the shores of Lake Garda. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Cantuccino you will enjoy a lovely view of the lake and of the greenery. Villa Cantuccino is 180 square meters (1940 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Bardolino, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the lake. You will find the closest restaurant at 700 meters (770 yards), a grocery store at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Bardolino beach) at 3.8 km (roughly 2.4 miles). You will reach Villa Cantuccino from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Cantuccino you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a small sofa and an armchair and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a stonework barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the lake and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet). From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The living room is paved with checkered black and white tiles. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include two sofas. There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has two windows with a view of the swimming pool. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a large window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
