Built and furnished in the characteristic style of Italian villas from the 1970s, the apartment is well-equipped with modern comforts, including a kitchenette with a small oven, kettle, coffee machine, free Wi-Fi, and a private parking space within the property. Guests can also enjoy the large communal swimming pool, located about 200 meters away.

The apartment consists of a master bedroom, a second bedroom with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and bidet, a compact kitchen with a four-burner stove, and a spacious living room featuring a fireplace, sofa, and dining area. The balcony offers uninterrupted, full lake views—perfect for relaxing moments at any time of day.
