Apartment Babila is part of a spacious and elegant residence, located a few minutes from the beaches and promenades leading to the centre of Bardolino.

The position of the house allows you to live the life of the center and isolate yourself to enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquillity.



LIVING ZONE

At the entrance, our guests will be welcomed by the living area, with a kitchen and living room.

The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, and all the necessary accessories to enjoy great meals with family and friends.



A living room with a large sofa, from which you can comfortably watch satellite TV, and a dining table for 4 people complete the ground floor of the house.

The living room overlooks the external porch that offers a covered place for outdoor lunches and dinners. and a barbeque grill.



BEDROOMS

The sleeping area, which is located on the upper floor, consists of a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two single beds.

From both rooms, you can access the balcony with outdoor sofas.

The two rooms are air-conditioned

There is an additional single bed in the third bedroom, without AC, available for your use.



THE OUTDOOR

The apartment has a private green area adjacent to the covered terrace perfect for sunbathing with sunbeds available.

The Residence has a large garden that surrounds the large swimming pool and a communal tennis court, available to guests.
