"My only complaint about the property has nothing to do with the property itself. Several houses around it have dogs that were barking quite loud and one would start and then the rest would start up. This would go on for several hours especially if you were out enjoying the pool area."

"We were in Yuma for 4 days visiting family and this condo was a nice and comfortable place to stay. It was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed like sheets and towels, kitchen utensils etc. The complex had a beautiful pool with huge palm trees and grapefruit trees, and was in a nice quiet area. "Our group of 5 (2 adult couples and one 14-year old) stayed 3 nights, and this is our new favorite place in the Lake Martinez vicinity. The house has been completely transformed from when we saw it about 15 years ago. "The owner was so wonderful and left a welcome basket full of treats including homemade chocolate covered pretzels! We are now renting from her for a month next year from the owner! The property was perfect, everything fully stocked in the kitchen. The park was amazing !"
