The space
Old typical townhouse in Hospitalet, detached to Barcelona Sants completely refurbished. Lovely private terrace.
The house is located in a one way street and there is no traffic noise.
Air conditioning and heating in each room, 3 floors which does not make the house feel crowded and provides privacy. Large table in the kitchen for 8 people and large table on the terrace to enjoy the evenings.
1 big bathroom on the first floor, a toilet on the ground floor and an open shower in the Masterbedroom second floor.
Everything is nicely decorated to make your stay unforgettable.
In the kitchen you have a Nespresso coffee maker and a Smeg Fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

5 min by Taxi from Camp Nou (30 min Walking), 15 min walking from FIRA Barcelona and 10 min walking from Gran Via 2.
It´s located at the area Plaza Europa / Ciudad de Justicia, new posh area of Hospitalet. Closest Metro Station Provencana is 3 min walking distance, big Metro and Bus and train station EUROPA Fira is 8 min walking distance from the house (there you can also take the Airport Shuttle).
Very easy access to all main tourist attractions from EUROPA FIRA metro station (Bus, Metro 10 min to Plaza Catalunya).

A huge Lidl Supermarket is 3 min walking distance as well as a huge Mercadona Supermarket within 3 min walking distance.

Well located in a typical save spanish neighborhood.

Check-in is done through a key box for your convenience, and we will send you the code one day prior to your arrival.
Other things to note
Please note, that the house is very central but it´s not Barcelona city center, its in Hospitalet (which is detached to Barcelona Sants). It’s like a neighborhood of Barcelona and you need the same amount of time to travel to Plaza Catalunya, la Rambla than from other neighborhoods.
It’s very safe and there are public parking on the streets free of charge (on weekends it may take some time to find one).
