CA LóSCANA is a cozy, family-friendly, detached country-style home at the foot of the Sant Miquel del Fai area. It has a floor area of 231 m² on a flat lot of 1,300 m², spread over two floors: The first floor is the living area and includes the living-dining room (with access to the front yard), the kitchen (with access to the porch, pool area, and backyard), and a half-bath. The first floor is the sleeping area and consists of 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is a suite with a full bathroom, a balcony, and a connecting door to a second bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are double rooms; three of them have a 160x200 double bed, and two bedrooms each have two single beds measuring 90x200 cm. Bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, shower gel, hand soap, a hair dryer, and toilet paper are provided. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee makers, toaster, juicer, etc.). Barbecue in the backyard and free Wi-Fi.
All rooms offer beautiful views of the mountains, gardens, and pool, and the spaces are very cozy and comfortable. Ideal for enjoying the mountains and the pool year-round, as it features air conditioning (cooling/heating) and radiator heating. Perfect for peaceful stays for couples, families, and groups.

IT’S VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP THE FOLLOWING IN MIND:

This is a family home that’s ideal for an incredible vacation with family and friends, although if you plan to have a party outside at night, this isn’t the best place, since the music and noise echo throughout the valley and prevent neighbors from resting and/or sleeping. If the neighbors call the police due to the disturbance, they will file a complaint, and the guests staying at the property at that time will be fined directly. This would be a serious problem, as it disrupts peaceful coexistence with the neighbors, and if it were to happen, we would be forced to report it to the platform and request the immediate eviction of the guests from the house, with no right to a refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
This comment and rule is intended for people who want to host bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events. The minimal noise a family might make outdoors at night—such as talking, laughing, etc., in a reasonable tone—is not a problem. Thank you for your understanding and responsibility.

Pets are allowed and always welcome. Advance notice is required for approval by the property owner, and a deposit is required (please inquire for more details and information). Pets must be trained not to bite or break anything; they are PROHIBITED FROM GETTING ON BEDS, sofas, etc., and the owner must agree to leave the house free of dirt, pet hair, or pet odors. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Thank you very much for your understanding and responsibility.

Smoking is permitted only outside the house. There are several designated smoking areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

You can enjoy spectacular hiking and biking trails, along the Tenes River, featuring waterfalls, rafts, otters, eagles, and other birds of prey, and of course spectacular views of the “Cingles de Bertí.”

Just 40 km from downtown Barcelona (La Sagrada Familia), 20 km from the Barcelona Circuit in Montmeló, 70 km from the Costa Brava (Blanes and Lloret de Mar), and 7 km from the “Cim de les Àligues” (Cima de las Águilas) in Sant Feliu de Codines, 12 km from the town of Caldes de Montbui, home to a 9-hole golf course, thermal baths and spa, and many other activities.
