Step out onto your private terrace, equipped with 2 sun loungers, a dining table, awning for sun protection, and a private jacuzzi for you to relax in. Use of the jacuzzi is not permitted after 10 pm. Making noise, playing loud music, and hosting any kind of party are strictly prohibited.



A shared parking space is included for a small car and motorcycle. Vehicles exceeding the marked white lines must park outside the property. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted, and this is a quiet, family-friendly environment, so noise and loud music are prohibited after 9 pm. Check-in is not allowed for guests under 30 years old. There is no elevator in the building.



The property is 25 minutes by train from central Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), with the station and beach just a 7-minute walk away.
