¡Apartamento en el centro de Barcelona!

The apartment:
Barcelona is one of the best tourist destinations in the world and we want to offer you our home so you can enjoy of this charming and spectacular city.

Leisure, culture, art and exquisite gastronomy are the highlights of Barcelona.

Our flat is located in the centre and is next to the Sant Antoni Market.

The whole room is very well equipped.

The dining room and the spacious kitchen are prepared so that you do not lack anything. There is also wifi, air conditioning and heating.

It has 3 bedrooms:

Room 1: Suite with 1 double bed and bathroom.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds

Bedroom 3: 1 single bed

Apart from the bathroom in the suite, there is another bathroom.

The best of all is that you will have the metro stop right in front of the flat and a public park for the little ones next to the apartment.

To keep in mind:

We appreciate your good behavior and respect for the rest of neighbors, the hours of silence is from 22:00 to 8:00. (The deposit will not be refunded if this rule is not respected).

Celebrations such as bachelor parties or birthdays are not allowed.

*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).

In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.

*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.
