It is a 43 m² apartment with two bedrooms: one double bedroom with a comfortable bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 meters and one bedroom with two comfortable beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 meters. The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed measuring 1.50 x 2.00 meters. It has a bathroom with a comfortable shower and a hair dryer. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and teapot, as well as all the utensils needed for cooking and dining. It has a private 35 m² terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
Hello! Please read our house rules carefully: 1. You may not accommodate more people than those listed in the reservation. In such cases, you must notify us before check-in. 2. The apartment is privately owned; please take every precaution to avoid damage. 3. Please be quiet inside the apartment from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to respect the neighbors’ rest; going out onto the terrace after 10:00 p.m. is not permitted. 4. The price includes final cleaning, but we ask that you dispose of trash in the trash bins outside the building. 5. We charge €15 for each damaged or missing towel or sheet. 6. Local tourist tax not included: €2.00 per adult (16+) per day, payable at check-in. 7. We ask that you take responsibility for the apartment keys. If you lose them, you will be charged an additional 100 euros.
