Comfortable cottage - approximately 40 m² - sleeps 2. The ground floor comprises a living/dining room with a fitted and equipped kitchenette, a shower room with toilet, and a storage room. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. Amenities include a television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, multi-function microwave, induction hob, and fridge/freezer. The enclosed, tiled courtyard offers privacy and includes garden furniture, two armchairs, an electric barbecue, and a parasol. Parking is available in front of the house on the street side. Pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of €60 is available.
