Decorated in a modern style, the cosy studio apartment exudes a relaxing, maritime atmosphere and consists of a central living space with one double bed, an integrated, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Due to the central location of the apartment, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate proximity: within a 2-minute walk (or 170 m) you will find grocery stores and a variety shops and eateries. Furthermore, the popular beach Playa del Carmen is only 600 m or an 8-minute walk away. Here you can stroll along the golden sand and breathe in the salty sea breeze.
