"Adrian war sehr hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut deutsch. Mit Humor! Optimal für ein paar Tage am Strand. Genügend Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe und freies Parken. Strand ist klein aber sehr fein mit Bar/Cafe im Hintergrund Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber. Preisleistung passt."

"Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und daher so wie erwartet. Terrasse und Außenküche bestens und täglich genutzt. Auch Aufteilung der Räume mit den beiden Bädern ist gut und getrennt nutzbar. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, könnte aber auch umfangreicher sein. Pfannenwender hat z.b. gefehlt. Wir waren nur 2 Personen, bei 4 wird es knapp. Allerdings kann die (kleine) Spülmaschine natürlich auch im Dauerbetrieb laufen.Ein Zaun um das Anwesen würde das Sicherheitsgefühl (Hunde) verbessern....

"Hell, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Ein wunderbares Apartment. Alles neu, das Bett sehr komfortabel, schönes Badezimmer. Das Haus liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Kirchplatz entfernt, beste Lage in Santa Maria Navarrese. Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Ein Traumstart in unseren Sardinienaufenthalt. Wenn wir wieder nach Santa Maria Navarrese kommen (eine sehr angenehme schöne Stadt), werden wir wieder hier sein wollen!"

"We enjoyed a week at the villa in the Budoni area. The Villa has everything that you need, great pool, fully stocked kitchen, check in process was easy, the owner is helpful, prompt and efficient and provides important information to access the property which is in a quiet and peaceful gated community.The villa is a short walk from the supermarket, local restaurants (2 great pizza places in the local village) and once you get to Spiaggi Sant'Anna you can get to many other places along the beach....

"Saubere, einfache Unterkunft, aber in einer genialen Lage. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Badezimmer ist renoviert. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Wir waren top zufrieden."

"J'ai passé un excellent sejour chez Tiziano, l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, la literie est Top. La petite terrasse est idéale pour manger dehors. L'appartement est très bien situé proche de la plage, une supérette à 50 mètres et une excellente pizzeria juste en face. Je remercie Tiziano pour son accueil chaleureux et ses cadeaux de bienvenue. La procédure de départ était très souple. Je reviendrai avec plaisir, je recommande vivement."

"We stayed during 3 nights and the experience was fantastic . The check in process was to late, due some issues that we had, and the flexibility from the owner was amazing. The location of the house is perfect with a short 5 minutes walk to the beach Calla Ginepro and calla liberotto. The house itself is absolutely fantastic! The interior is great but the exterior space was amazing to chill after a good day on the beach. Absolutely to repeat"

"O quarto tinha uma vista linda! Um pouco pequeno, mas atendeu bem as necessidades para uma noite! A localização é ótima, bem de frente para o porto, onde faríamos o passeio de barco! O atendimento foi ótimo e o café da manhã era bem variado! "
