"The Villa is amazing and very modern I love it. kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms fantastic very clean. quiet residential area my family loves it the view is amazing some cute little monkeys popping up early morning on the balcony my grandson enjoyed that the food at Roti Den restaurant is great and the host Reydon is 10/10 awesome very friendly checking in to make sure we’re ok will definitely stay there again "

"We stayed at the Belair House in January 2025 for 9 nights. We enjoyed everything about the home. It had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was amazing. Steps that led down to the beach were easily accessible. The area felt safe and directions received by owner to the house were easy to follow. "

"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa. It was spotlessly clean and very well furnished. The pool was a definite bonus! The villa is located right next to bus stops with a quick and very cheap bus ride into Holetown and along the coast. We also had the use of the beach club at the hotel opposite the villa, which was really appreciated, as it located on a lovely beachThe owner was brilliant to deal with. " Five adults just returned from a ten day stay at Villa Seawards and are already missing it. The Villa is even better in person, although you can see how nice it is in the pictures. "The Villa & surroundings were lovely. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms but not main living areas which did make the living area quite hot but it was it was a lovely stay. Kitchen was very well stocked & the villa was very clean. We would consider returning to the villa for our next stay."

Short 5-10min drive to either holetown or speighstown which have a wide range of shops and resturanats. The beach oppsite is simply wonderful with a number of bars and beach shacks.
