Casas de Férias em Barataria, LA

"Host was great & very responsive. House as advertised"

"The house is right on the water across from several large fishing boats. It was neat to see them and the pelicans. The host communicated well. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the place. The showers still had bars of soap and hair from the last guest. I had to find cleaner and clean the showers myself so we could shower. There were dirty underwear under my bed and dirty socks under another bed. As much as I paid for one night, I'd expect a clean house at least."

"Very welcoming, house was great for our family. "

"We only have two suggestions that would have made our stay even better:1-One side of the kitchen sink was not draining.2-The entrance door needs weatherstripping to seal better.Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience!"

"The property was nice overall and very convenient to stores and places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the amenities- big comfortable bed, washer & dryer and central air. The check in process was very easy. One recommendation for the property that would have made it even better would be to have a place for storage- pop up closet maybe to hang clothing and put shoes, etc.. Other than that- everything was perfect! Thank you for hosting us! Will definitely recommend!"

"The beds were very comfortable. We were warned about the noise from the bar next door but it was not a problem at all. The property manager was quick to help us to resolve any issues we had. The place was super cute and exuded old New Orlesns charm. We were conveniently located near everything we needed to do and see."

"Real charming home! The layout is kind of awkward when you rent the entire place out, other than that, it's located in a walkable neighborhood with shops and a grocery store that are close. The owners were very accommodating and gracious. I recommend."

"Comfortable and convenient- host was extremely responsive and house was perfect. No complaints and no concerns."

"We could not have picked a better rental for our stay in New Orleans. This home was spacious, clean, well appointed and perfect for our family. The location was walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and a variety of other shops. The short walk access to the trolley made it easy to visit other sites in New Orleans. I and my family will definitely select this rental for future visits."

"Great value and location"

"Everything was as described. Good, clean kitchen. Really appreciated the milk whipper. Super quiet at night but close to Freret action, so the area felt safe. Paul was very responsive and offered really useful advice on parking close to French Quarter. AC worked great, bathroom felt roomy and upscale. A great stay."

"Clean house, nice backyard, and an overall great value stay!"

"The space was exactly what we were looking for as a family of 3. We loved that the place came with a closed in yard so that our 1 year old could play outside. Our only preference would be a bigger bed/mattress. We slept decent, this one was just a bit smaller than we are used to at home. However, the pictures and description of everything were accurate. We were in a quiet neighborhood, even during the 4th of July weekend. We never had any reason to feel unsafe, but we did utilize the locks on...

"Loved our stay at the Pelican Suite. Brandi the host was terrific. Quick response time and very helpful. The apartment was lovely and it is a great location. "

"Great communication and clearly signed expectations."

"This was my second go round at this listing and it was perfect. A great location for me and it was super clean. Host is always responsive. FIVE STARS!"
